Request a preview
Tell us your business name, your town and your email address. It takes about two minutes. Got an email or a letter from us? Then your preview is already done.
Your photos
Add your own photos right in the form, straight from your phone, or later through the link in your preview. Real photos of your business, your work and your team work best. No photos to hand? Then we use suitable example photos for now and swap them for yours later.
Your preview
Within 3 business days you get the link to your website, with your price. Look at it in your own time, on your phone or computer.
Your changes
Something missing or not quite right? Tell us with the form in your preview. We make the changes and you check again.
Order
Like it? Order it straight from the preview: choose your domain and pay by card. If you don’t order, you pay nothing.
Live
After your approval your website goes live at your own address, usually within two business days for a new domain.

We set up your own address, such as yourbusiness.com, in your name. A domain up to US$32 a year is included. Already have one? We move it across and your existing email keeps working.
Got an email or a letter from us?
Then your preview is already done. Open the link in our email or scan the QR code in the letter. You’ll see your site and your price there and can ask for changes. You don’t need to request anything here.

What businesses usually want to know.
What does it cost?
A one-off setup fee, then a monthly fee for hosting and upkeep, or a yearly plan with two months free. You see your price in US dollars in your preview before you decide anything. Prices exclude any sales tax. You pay when you order. We only work with businesses.
What if I don’t like the preview?
Tell us what’s not right and we’ll change it. If you still don’t like it, simply don’t order. You pay nothing, and we delete your preview and your details.
How many changes can I ask for?
Send us whatever you’d like different: text, photos, hours, colours, contact details. We make the changes before your site goes live. After that, up to 3 small changes a month (about 15 minutes each) are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan has no minimum term: after the first paid month you can cancel to the end of any billing month with 14 days’ notice. The yearly plan renews each year unless you cancel at least 14 days before the renewal date; we remind you 30 days before. You cancel online with a short form. Your domain is yours and moves with you if you like.
Can I get things changed later?
Yes. Tell us what has changed, for example new opening hours or services.
Why did you contact me?
Your business doesn’t have its own website yet, but it can be found online, for example on Google. So we built you a preview. Don’t want to hear from us again? Use the unsubscribe link in our email or send us a short reply.
Where do the texts and photos come from?
From publicly available information about your business, such as your Google listing or social media pages. You can send your own photos at any time. Before go-live you confirm that everything is correct and may be used.
